Ludwig Favre photographs the first-floor balcony of the Piscine Molitor in Paris, an Art Deco swimming pool that opened in 1929 and reopened, restored, in 2014. Yellow-painted railings, blue water, the geometry of a French summer kept exactly as it was. The image belongs to Favre's ongoing series on European pool architecture, photographing each pool empty and quiet.
