Ludwig Favre works in the spaces between the amusement rides and the ocean, where the sky meets the sea under a clear blue expanse. The palette shifts from the faded reds of weathered brick buildings to the bright yellow of vintage signs, the green of potted plants lining the sidewalks, and the cool gray of metal railings.
