Ludwig Favre photographs the first-floor balcony of the Piscine Molitor in Paris, an Art Deco swimming pool that opened in 1929 and reopened, restored, in 2014. Yellow-painted railings, blue water, the geometry of a French summer kept exactly as it was. The image belongs to Favre's ongoing series on European pool architecture, photographing each pool empty and quiet.
Part of the Paris prints collection. Limited edition fine art print of 30, signed and numbered.
